Yes, yes, yes & yes. Our mushrooms are not lab grown in the UK, they grow organically in fresh air maximising their nutrient density.

Where are they from?

We source only from eastern growers - that doesn't make them cheap, it makes them high quality. It's where they have expertly utilised & grown functional mushrooms for millenia.

Are there any side effects? What about medications?

Mushrooms are exceptionally low risk. Only those on blood thinners or pregnant should avoid. If taking prescribed medications always seek advice before introducing any new supplement.
